This 1900 sq.m. site was one of several industrially zoned lots in the Ti Rakau Centre that had been stalled for some time due to a lack of development initiatives.

On behalf of clients it was acquired by PCG who devised and obtained planning permission for the first office/studio complex in South Auckland.

This 17-unit complex provides three level, self-contained accommodation suitable for a wide variety of small professional and service operations. Planning permission included a "live-in" residential option.

These units are held on unit titles with the majority being occupied by their owners.
