Location

Located on a main road site adjoining the Hub and the Botany Town Centre. PCG used planning initiatives to coordinate the conversion of what was lower value residential land into a high profile commercial nucleus.

Through observation of market trends in the retail, professional and services groupings, PCG identified a demand for freehold occupation by smaller businesses units.

To this end PCG coordinated the development of three freestanding buildings for smaller business operators with a fourth building being designed to accommodate New Zealand's leading pet and aquarium retail operation.

The Huntington Centre, which has developed a strong professional services focus, complements the range of services available at the Hub and Botany Town Centre.
