This landmark development comprises an integrated retail/office/service complex involving several buildings on a prominent site of 1.2 hectares. Designed both for the smaller investor and or owner/occupier the centre has an overall value in excess of $23 million.

On behalf of clients PCG identified this site at a stage when there was considerable uncertainty over the potential of this area. As a result they were able to secure the land at a sensible price and with diligent design and construction management were able both to show a satisfactory return for their clients and to consolidate this strategic location for commercial activity.
