This, high profile site was the last undeveloped part of the Ti Rakau Centre complex in East Tamaki.

Development of 21 self-contained small business units proved to be an innovative and financially feasible solution for what was an awkwardly shaped and high cost lot. Each unit is held on its own unit title.

PCG identified the concept and provided the development management skills necessary to bring the project to fruition, and a successful financial conclusion.
