Project Consultancy Group (PCG) is a property services and development management company based in Auckland, New Zealand.

It has expertise in all facets of property but it's particular strength is in being able to critically review a situation and to provide a solution that optimises and enhances the attributes of the property under review.

This approach extends across the full spectrum of property activities, including "day to day" administration, portfolio rationalization, development management and Body Corporate affairs. Consultancy clients include significant private and public sector organinsations.

PCG applies a comprehensive and objective philosophy that can lead to significant additional benefits accruing to the client.

The company prefers to work with a small group of clients on a continuing basis.

Projects devised and coordinated on behalf of clients amount to completed values in excess of $100 million.

The principals of Project Consultancy Group are Humphrey Beeson FHKIS, ANZIV, John Amoore ANZIV and Michael Joseph LLB MBA LLM (Hons).

Personal Profiles

Humphrey Beeson

Humphrey has a formal background in property valuation, having been educated at Auckland University in the early 1970's.

He has worked in the principal cities of New Zealand as a consultant valuer, with various assignments in Australia and Fiji. Overseas experience was predominantly gained by an 8-year stint in Hong Kong during which matters of land management, special project development and acquisition were dealt with.

Humphrey has been involved in a considerable number of projects with particular contributions made in the areas of project viability,finance, organisation and construction.

John Amoore

John is also a registered valuer by formal qualification but has chosen to spend most of his working life in the property development field.

John has initiated and developed a wide variety of projects, predominantly in the commercial and industrial sphere, with some of the more notable being the "K" Road complex, the Bishopsgate Business Centre at Botany, a multistory office building in Ellerslie and industrial unit developments in Penrose and Mt. Roskill.

He also worked in Hong Kong for an extended period with his special responsibility being new town development.

John has extensive knowledge in matters of town planning and this allows PCG to address many of the Resource Management Act issues directly. John is particularly effective in coordinating property sales and leasings utilising an extensive network of real estate companies/agents and direct marketing skills.

Michael Joseph

Michael has qualifications in Law and Business Administration and extensive experience in property and economic development.

Working in both the private and local government sectors, he has been involved in property development, property management, land subdivision, Tourism and "special" projects, acquisition, divestment and portfolio rationalization, formulating property policies and strategies, developing and implementing economic development projects, undertaking and interpreting property market research, property asset management, business development and town centre enhancement.
